SOLAR-JET receives 1st aireg Award for producing the first solar kerosene that can easily be used as fuel for aviation!
The SOLAR-JET Project will attend the AERDODAYS 2015 in London on October 20-23. ETH Zürich solar reactor will be exhibited on stand 5-12 on the fith floor of the Queen Elizabeth II Centre. The Project Coordinator, Dr. Andreas Sizmann (BHL), will be happy to welcome you there and present the project achievements. He will also give a presentation on "Progress and Perspectives of Solar Fuels" during the Parallel Session on Tuesday, 20 October starting at 13:50 (UK time).
The research leading to these results has received funding from the European Community’s Seventh Framework Programme FP7/2007-2013 under grant agreement n° 285098 SOLAR-JET "Solar chemical reactor demonstration and Optimization for Long-term Availability of Renewable JET fuel"
